Bradshaw and Price Out in Dorchester County

It appears that two county councilmen have been defeated in the primary elections this week in Dorchester County, home of Cambridge and Chesapeake crab country. Turnout was significantly down from the 2014 primaries, with almost 1,000 less voters. This low turnout may have led to some election night surprises.
